I'm not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they took responsibility and sent the other three without an additional delivery charge. The product was all good quality, the customer service was excellent, delivery was prompt and driver was careful. The emailed receipts are handy. Even though I'm not a contractor, and it must have been a small order for them, they treated me with respect and gave me all the time I needed. I'll never go anywhere else.
